Every new turnkey website includes 2 full years of managed hosting and standard domain service. After your initial 2 years, you may renew for 1 year ($299.99), 2 years ($499.99, saving $99.99), or 3 years ($649.99, saving $249.98). Your Grand Opening Deal starter business email inbox remains free ($0/month) for as long as you remain an active subscriber.
When a hosting renewal is due, you receive a 14-day grace period to complete payment without service interruption. If payment is not received within 14 days after the due date, the website is automatically unpublished (taken offline) until payment is completed.
If you choose to move your website and domain to an outside hosting provider, our Full Turnkey Offboarding & Export Package is a flat $299.99 fee (+ 3% electronic payment processing fee). We deliver a complete archive of your WordPress files, database, and media library, unlock your domain registrar lock, and issue your EPP/Auth code. If transferring out a free standard domain we provided during an active hosting term, the domain value fee ($29.99 to $99.99) also applies.
