1. Scope of Service: Self-Hosted New Turnkey Websites Only
BrochureSite Studio exclusively offers new turnkey websites built and hosted by us on our managed hosting platform. We do not work on client-provided external hosting plans, and we do not edit, patch, or take over existing websites.
2. Progressive Pricing (1 to 50 Pages), Payment Structure & All Sales Are Final
The 1-page base turnkey package is $999.99. Additional pages follow our progressive schedule: Pages 2-5 at +$125.00/page; Pages 6-15 at +$110.00/page; Pages 16-25 at +$80.00/page; Pages 26-40 at +$50.00/page; and Pages 41-50 at +$35.00/page (up to 50 pages maximum at $4,499.99). The optional Custom Logo Design add-on is $149.99 (3 initial concepts, up to 3 revisions, final .png and .svg delivery). New website builds are billed 100% upfront for the quoted package before production begins. Any additions or work requested past the initial quoted scope during the build are quoted upfront and billed at the end before the website goes online. Because domain registration, hosting allocation, and production begin immediately upon order, all sales are final and non-refundable. Electronic payments carry a 3% processing fee, and state sales tax is $0 (100% digital deliverables).
3. 1-Week Turnaround Disclaimer & Client Content Gathering
Our 1-week turnaround time depends on the client data and content gathering process. The quicker and more effective this part of the process is, the faster your website delivery and publishing can happen. Slow responses or delayed content submissions from the client side will delay the timeline; therefore, 1 week is as fast as we can deliver, but it cannot be guaranteed.
4. Domain Registration, Active-Use Policy, Transfers & Parked Domains
We accept transfer-in of client-owned domains at $0. If a client does not have a domain, we provide a standard available, never-before-owned domain at no additional cost ($0) provided it is actively used with the website we build and host for the entire duration of the hosting term. Switching or transferring out a free provided domain during the hosting term incurs a fee equivalent to the cost/value of the domain ($29.99 to $99.99). Parked domains (left unused with us instead of running the live website) are billed at $29.99/year. Aftermarket or already-owned domains listed for resale are excluded; the client must purchase such domains independently and transfer them in.
5. Grand Opening Deal (1 Free Starter Custom-Domain Email Inbox for First 50 Clients)
Our First 50 Clients (46 of 50 Spots Left) receive 1 free starter custom-domain business email inbox (e.g. support@yourdomain.com) hosted by us at $0/month for as long as they remain active subscribers, provisioned via a private password-setup link sent to the client recovery email. Additional email inboxes or Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 setup are available for a fee billed at our standard hourly service rate ($60.00/hour with a 1-hour minimum + $30.00 per 30-minute increment).
6. Multi-Year Renewals, 14-Day Grace Period, Hourly Rate ($60/hr) & Offboarding ($299.99)
After the initial 2 included years, clients may renew hosting and maintenance for 1 year ($299.99), 2 years ($499.99), or 3 years ($649.99). A 14-day grace period applies after the renewal due date, after which unpaid websites are unpublished until payment is made. Post-launch edits, additions, or custom technical services are billed at $60.00/hour (1-hour minimum) + $30.00 per 30-minute increment after the first hour, always quoted upfront before starting work. Full turnkey offboarding and website export to an external host is available for a flat $299.99 fee.
